Is the Invisalign treatment painful?

Do I need to change my eating habits?
Unlike traditional orthodontic treatment, the aligners must be removed during meals. You can therefore eat and drink whatever you want. However, it is important to always wash your teeth before reinserting the mask.
How is it recommended to clean the Invisalign aligners?
The best way is to use a toothbrush, warm water and toothpaste or neutral soap. Rinse well.
How many hours should I wear the Invisalign device during the day?
It is good to remember that in order to act correctly, the aligners must be worn day and night except for eating and brushing the teeth. Not wearing them correctly for the recommended time could compromise or delay the final result of the treatment.
Can I whiten my teeth while wearing the Invisalign appliance?

How often do I have to go to the doctor for follow-up visits?

Is it possible that after the end of the treatment my teeth move to return to their initial position?
Teeth can move at any time in life, regardless of whether or not they have undergone orthodontic treatment. After an orthodontic therapy, a “restraint” device (= mask similar to Invisalign) is often applied and worn at night to maintain and stabilize the teeth in the acquired position.
