Dr. Caschetto

Dr. Rosario Caschetto has been a Partner Dentist at Dr. Gallone-Orthodontics Lingual practice since 2013, dealing with Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and Periodontology.

He received his degree in Dentistry and Prosthodontics from the University of Catania in 2012 and was licensed to practice in the same year.

He has attended several annual courses delving into topics in restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics and periodontics.

In December 2017, he obtained his Master’s degree in Aesthetic Conservative Dentistry at the University of Bologna (A.A 2016/17) and is constantly confronted with the most important speakers in this branch of Dentistry. He is always up-to-date with the state of the art and the latest innovations in the field of aesthetics and adhesive being a member of the Italian Academy of Conservative Dentistry, a scientific society that promotes study, research and progress in the field of conservative dentistry and minimally invasive techniques aimed at functional and aesthetic restoration of the tooth.

He is interested in and has taken courses in dental art photography and patient communication. He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Endodontics and Endodontic Microsurgery in 2024 to update himself on new techniques to save severely compromised teeth.

He is involved in Periodontology at the practice of Dr.Gallone- Lingual Orthodontics with minimally invasive techniques, collaborated in the translation of the periodontology text “Diagnosis and treatment of periodontal furcations ” published by Edra, and deepened in 2019 the clinical problems of the patient with periodontitis at the Research Center for the Study of Periodontal and Peri-implantar Diseases at the University of Ferrara and in 2022 acquiring the Annual Master Course in Clinical Periodontology at the Institute for Professional Education in Dentistry in Turin. In 2025, he obtained the Level II undergraduate master’s degree in Periodontology.
