Dr. Mariano Gallone

When people ask me what I do, the simplest answer would be: I'm a dentist.

But in reality, I deal with something much deeper: people’s self-confidence and self-esteem.

Let me explain: I’ve specialized in a type of invisible braces that uses tiny brackets attached to the inside of the teeth— no one can see them, but your smile changes, and with it, the way you feel changes too.

I studied this technique, known as lingual orthodontics, in 2008 at the University of Paris and in 2012 at the University of Hannover in Germany.

I’ve become passionate about the way it restores people’s confidence, because I’ve seen how so many young professionals often fail to truly realize their potential simply because they don’t feel confident enough to smile.

Lingual braces are a silent ally for those who want to transform themselves—inside and out—without having to show it off to everyone.

I would recommend this practice to anyone, I brought after my experience my whole family. I only regret that I did not know them sooner, all the dental offices I had been to before did not give me any treatment for my periodontitis instead they analyzed my whole mouth impeccably. In the office followed me both Dr. Gallone and Dr. Caschetto both very professional. The office is located facing the sea and from the moment you enter you understand that you are in a different reality that you can hardly find such a practice in Catania.
